I managed to do a lot today and at the same time not enough. Every time I stay up late to do a last minute assignment, I always tell myself I'll do it earlier next time. But even though the next day goes by in a blurr of sleep deprived wakefulness, the lesson seems to be lost on me.
So staying up til 4:30am and getting only 5 hours sleep, I managed to cram in visiting my grandparents, finishing most of my assignments, handing them in just in the nick of time, picking up my friends and giving them a lift home and going to work. And to top it all off, almost getting myself (and friends :/ ) killed in the process.
So if you'll excuse me now, I think it's time to sleep.

Ok so I should be doing some work since there's things due and exams to study for... but it's much more fun to sit it out right now. Feeling so lazy.. and sitting in the cafeteria playing cards for a few hours straight is prolly not helping either, lol.

Last week my friend and I were talking to someone about luck in the coming decades. We were really disturbed by the whole thing, so we went to ask my friend Leroy about it, and he interrupted:
"No kidding?!.. Damn! I love the coming decades so much!"
But then when my friend and I got to the part about the luck, Leroy quieted down and began picking his nose. And just now, Leroy's cousin told me that the reason Leroy was so freaked out was because he used to write a lot about luck. Sometimes Leroy can be really weird like that, but he wants what is best for me...

Only 5 days of uni left to go and then I've finished a third of my degree. How scary. Only had one class today and it finished early so I don't know why I'm so tired.
And great news - ETHAN IS WALKING!! :D Hehe so cute, he walks a few steps then falls down and giggles.

Had dinner with my sisters tonight, which means my bro-in-law and Ethan also :D They are so sweet. Ethan is good at clearing the coffee table, but pity the floor doesn't look half as good after he's done it :/

Hey hey again... whoa second time blogging in one week.. what's gotten into me?
Yes I turned 19 today... (well yesterday if you're being precise) Got many lovely and sweet messages, thanks all you guys! Made my day :D I still feel like a kid tho!
The Year 12s from our school came in for dinner at the restaurant tonight and they all look so grown up! I wonder if we looked like that when we graduated?? Nah...
Went to the beach yesterday, pity it was cloudy. It only started to clear up when the sun was about to go down.. d'oh! But we found some interesting stuff in the rock pools - a few crabs, some starfish (and their tube feet!! Rob wasn't lying to us!) and some long green things which we thought was seaweed but turned out to be tentacles of a sea anemone.. sorry little snail!! >.< Yeh but all in all it was FUN!
Okies better go get some sleep. As Annika pointed out today, I'm now officially old.

Hmm here I am again... been too lazy to make any posts but yeh something pulled me back this time.
Some major updates, lots been happening in the last 6 months. First of all, I have a bf!! Sweet, sweet Charlie, I dunno what I'd do without him these days. Well actually I have been watching a lot less TV so the couch is feeling a little neglected but it's all good. He just turned 20 last week, somehow 20 doesn't feel that old anymore. We went out to dinner with his friends, who are lovely and sweet and they made him this book/card which has lots of memories from their high school days. Very cool. So almost going on 2 months now... that was fast.
Second, I quit DT... those withdrawal symptoms were bad but I can now safely say that I only ever think about it once a day these days, haha jks. So that was mid-June. The night before my last exam, I (stupidly) decided to take a breather and check on my faithful account and everything had fallen apart for the Great Elves that morning. So sad to think that something you worked hard on to build was so fragile in the end. And there were the usual nasty accusations and stories.. but I guess noone will really know the truth, it's just too jumbled with second hand info.. So there ends another chapter in my life.
Went to the Black Eyed Peas concert on Monday!! Woohoo!! They were amazing live and even better than I imagined they would be. Got home pretty late and had an eary start the next day, but it was totally worth it. And to those lazy bums who didn't go to work or uni on Tues, you suck! :P
Ethan turned 1 last month, can't believe how fast that's gone. He's still sucha cutie though. And he managed to flash everyone in the park at his party.. what a cheeky bugger!
And speaking of birthdays, it's mine in 2 days (ok well tomorrow now)... very strange. But somehow it's different this year, it doesn't feel like it's almost time to get older.
Mmmm other than that, just been doing the usual things - Uni during the week, work on the weekends, hanging out on Thursdays.
