Hmm haven't updated this for a while cos I've been kinda busy. Anyways, the highlights are:

Wed 16th - Went on a Harbour Cruise with Annika, Helen and her friend from high school. It was really good except that I had to rush home from uni, feed the dog, quickly get dressed and run to the station only to miss the train. Lucky there was another one 5 mins later. Got to Central and waited around impatiently for Helen's friend, was getting pretty antsy at the time. And 15mins before the boat left, we hopped into a taxi with a crazy driver (which suited our purposes perfectly :D ) and made it in the nick of time! The cruise itself was ok. We were mainly sight-seeing at night. Hmm and Uni students + free alcohol = fight. But other than that it was good.

I am house sitting for my brother for a few weeks, so I have to dog-sit as well. We took the dog for a walk the other day and he was so happy. But when we started to head home, he wouldn't budge so I had to carry him. I don't think he gets out much.

Easter was kinda uneventful - had to work, but I got to see some high school friends while I was at home. Was good to catch up with them again :)

Movies - the latest ones I saw have been pretty bad. Helen and Kristie dragged me along to watch Miss Congeniality 2, so bad!! But I guess I had it coming. And while procrastinating today, I watched Spawn. *shudder* Not good at all...

It was just so red and chunky. I love it! And there's a clip-type band so it's easy to take on and off. Nice!

Oh and Kristie, the cactus you gave me for my birthday is not only still alive, it's flowering... Must be doing something right. Taco face :\

Went to uni again today, have to add another name to the list of notables:

-Addidas Guy aka Rafik

Coming in late to class is pretty hazardous to a little hermit, especially if you have something remarkable about you such as an Addidas hat. The tutor kept talking to him even when he retreated down the back of the room. I guess it didn't help that Addidas Guy didn't recognise him from the lectures... idiot. But at leat he has something going for him - Rafik is a such a cool name.

I am reminded how much I hate chemistry when I have to do the equations. Damn things. Somebody should have shot Avogadro when they had the chance, or as Charlene calls him, Avocardo LOL. Not that guns were invented then but hey, we can overlook that...

And P has found yet another husband, he is not bad looking. The old one got dropped, poor guy, have to work hard to keep up with that girl! Still haven't seen Green T-Shirt Guy yet. Apparently he is really hot, but I am starting to doubt the existence of this so-called Green T-Shirt Guy. P says that Johnny has seen him, but try asking a guy his opinion about another guy's hotness, sheesh!

Hmm got attacked by this guy in DT today so I attacked him back and got this nice little message about how he hoped I enjoyed the gold I took from him and that I was welcome to it, LOL. That's a first, most people get so uptight and try to get you back... oh wait, I am one of those people...

Day off tomorrow, going to try and figure out what to do with myself.

Yet another early start for me today, but it is getting better. Laughing your head off is great therapy for a tired, tired little zombie girl.

There are quite a few notable people at uni. There's
-Green T-shirt Guy, who is on P's radar as soon as she gets to uni lol
-Butt Wobble Guy, who walks like a catwalk model, hips and all
-The Pool Sharks who wait ages for us to finish a game cos those last balls, man, they are so stubborn!!
-Faux-Green T-shirt Guy, well the name says it all, but P was very outraged, oh we all had a good laugh
-P's many husbands, LOL

I have also noticed that Chinese people are very judgemental. There are names/groups/titles for everyone, makes me so mad sometimes. And these 'observations' are made about 10 minutes after they have met the person. My God, way to give people a chance... and the worst bit about it is that they say it in Cantonese right in front of the person they are talking about, all the while keeping a straight face. Grrrr...

Crap, why did I have to sign up for chemistry yet again? I must be a glutton for punishment. Optimistic thought - maybe it will be easier second time around... nah just wishful thinking.

Ah well better get to that maths work which is due in tomorrow and only found out about today...

Hmmm ok, will try and search the dregs of my memory to give you an update on what's been happening for the last week... just in case you want to know and also it's there as a record cos my memory is getting shoddier as each day passes, lol.

Thurs - went shopping with Annika, drove halfway each to meet her in Parra. Geez she lives so far away now, boohoo. But we got some good quality shopping done :D

Fri - had orientation at Uni. It was ok, went on a few tours and that and met some new people. Somehow starting Uni doesn't seem so scary anymore. I went home after and worked, but I got to see Ethan so it's all good. He has discovered that hair is very fun to play with, ouch...

Sat - Worked again, then went out with Aleesha, John, Kristie and Hayley. Hehe it was so funny. I went on the stage for the first time and discovered it really wasn't that bad. There was more room for one thing :) Highlights include Hayley tripping on the stairs to the stage, and Kristie getting so drunk she becomes a cleptomaniac and steals some chips off random strangers, LOL.

Sun - recovering.

Mon - Driving back to Syd so I can go to my first day of Uni! There are so many people around this time and my first lecture was pretty interesting. I also finished early since it's the first day and there are no pracs or tutes until you have your lectures. Nice! And scoring some freebies was good too.

Tues - Argh... so early. Started at 8am, but since in Syd, 30mins drive away is considered close, I needed to be ready by 7:15 *faints* For those of you who actually know me, 7:15 is non-existent in my vocab... and I still managed to be late cos of stupid Syd traffic, grrr. So after 6 hours straight of lectures, I had a 3 hour break thank goodness. Icecream is good in these situations :D Had another lecture at 5 and finally got to go home at 6, got stuck in peak hour traffic again and was locked out when I got home cos my bro and sis-in-law went to the city for the day and I don't have keys. But I got my notes organised while I was waiting on the doorstep...

Wed - Almost as bad as Tues, start at 9 have 3 hours prac, 1 hr break cos we didn't have tutes this week, bio lecture, 3 hours chem prac. But we got out early for chem prac so it was something. So went to the comp labs to get some work out of the way, but the site we needed doesn't evework properly grrr... hope they get it worked ot soon. I also found out I need a lab coat and safety goggles for pracs, haha. Need to buy some goggles since the ones they have slide right off my face, lol.

Thur - Finally! Day off! :D I am going to catch up on my DT addiction.. hehe.
